Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time Day & Full-Time Night

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living Joplin, you will play a vital role in the care and well-being of our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Assisting with daily living tasks, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrating a commitment to resident-centered care and promoting independence, dignity, and respect

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality resident care, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and activities

• Collaborate with other care providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuous improvement

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• One year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts
