About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:

• Provide comprehensive care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
• Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless resident care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized by licensed healthcare professionals
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall well-being
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, medication side effects, or safety concerns to the designated supervisor

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or nursing program coursework preferred
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
