Responsibilities Maintain professional working relationships with colleagues, residents, and families Understand and follow company policies, adhering to state and federal regulations Supervise the day‑to‑day clinical operations, ensuring seamless care transitions Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, effectively communicating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams Utilize basic computer skills to maintain accurate records and reports Monitor nursing care and services provided on all shifts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed Assign and approve work schedules, coordinating nursing activities across shifts Stay knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, regulations, and guidelines to ensure compliance with standards Provide direct nursing care as necessary and perform functions of a staff nurse as required Exhibit excellent customer service, maintaining a positive attitude towards patients and others Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance and commitment to our mission Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Missouri Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Benefits 401(k), Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental, Health, Vision insurance & more!
