Coordinates all aspects of resident curriculum, growth plans, and academic progress while ensuring the safety, care, spiritual development, and day to day functioning of the program. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalence required Bachelor's Degree preferred or willingness to pursue further education in Biblical Studies, Behavioral Sciences, LDAC, or related fields No experience needed. Will provide on the job training At least one year of sobriety and completion of an Adult & Teen Challenge program preferred Adult & Teen Challenge Teacher Certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment Certified Recovery Coach preferred Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check Layperson Naloxone Training must be completed within the first 90 days of employment After a probationary period of 90 days, full time employees are eligible for the following benefits: Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short and long term disability leave 403b retirement plan with employer matching #J-18808-Ljbffr Adult & Teen Challenge
