Seeking an Otolaryngologist/ENT to join two other physicians in a busy ENT/Allergy practice. Enjoy professional autonomy in an office with state-of-the-art equipment, including microscopes, video stroboscopy, Olympus towers, and distal chip fiber optic scopes.

Practice Highlights:

Enjoy a 4-day work week
Dedicated weekly OR time
State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired) with Medical Scribes available
2 full-time allergy nurses & in-office audiology
Epic EMR

Recruitment Package:

Total compensation opportunity (600,000+) that includes:
Quality incentives up to $100k
RVU Bonus
$50,000 Commencement Bonus
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
Student Loan Repayment
