Stipend: $1,169

Hourly Pay: $60.61

OT: 1.5

Weekly pay: $2,181.82

JOB DESCRIPTION

Level I trauma - 886 beds

Schedule-D/E/N ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULES, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Holidays/On-Call/Callback/Charge per Unit Needs

URMC will consider 48 hours straight time

• Through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence based practice,
• The Level II Registered Nurse, under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent care based on established standards.
• The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role, which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Must have: peritoneal dialysis (PD) and be competent in the following: heparin power flush, PD cultures, manual filling and draining and experience with the Baxter Amia machine

QUALIFICATIONS

• BLS and ACLS
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong technical skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Passionate about patient care
• Requires a minimum of two years of current Dialysis RN Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Graduate from a fully accredited RN program
• Active unencumbered New York RN state license
• One year of Epic experience
