IV therapy/Phlebotomy

Administration of blood & blood products * Drawing Venous Blood * Maintain central lines (CVC / PICC)* Starting and maintaining IVs * Use of infusion pumps / drips / IV monitoring *

Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency Care

Adult cardiac arrest * Infant / neonatal arrest * Telemetry Interpretation * Use of Rapid Response/Code teams *

Labor and Delivery Management

Amnioinfusion * Assist with high risk delivery * Assist with vaginal delivery Circulate for C-section Forceps/vacuum extraction * Hemorrhage/shock * Recover C-Section

Medication & Administration

Anticoagulants * Antihypertensives * Antiseizure * Insulin drips * Magnesium Sulfate therapy Pitocin (oxytocin) Prostaglandins * Terbutaline

Neonatal Care in Delivery Room
