Fireplace Installer – Luxury Residential Fireplaces

Company: Florida Fireplace Systems
Location: 6998 49th Street N, Pinellas Park, FL 33781
Starting Pay: $22/hour (with opportunities for advancement based on work ethic, skill development, and performance)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (40 hours guaranteed; some days may run longer depending on project requirements)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and highly trainable Fireplace Installer to join our team. While previous construction experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

This position involves installing premium fireplaces, venting systems, and related components in luxury homes. Because we work in upscale residences, professional appearance, respect for the homeowner's property, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Install luxury fireplaces, venting systems, and related components
• Work safely on rooftops and ladders when required
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Learn and perform fireplace framing, venting, and installation procedures
• Assist with or perform brickwork and masonry tasks
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow installation specifications and company quality standards
• Represent Florida Fireplace Systems professionally on all job sites
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to follow directions and retain new information
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from our Pinellas Park facility
• Masonry or brickwork experience is a plus, but not required
• Self-motivated and able to contribute positively to a team environment
• Willingness to learn specialized skills and grow within the company
