This contract position spans both an elementary and a high school campus, offering you the autonomy to structure your weekly schedule based on student needs. As an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC, your expertise will be instrumental in helping a diverse caseload reach their full potential.

With support from a soon-to-start SLPA, you'll collaborate with teams who are actively working to balance caseloads and deliver impactful services. This assignment runs from ASAP through May 21, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key Requirements:

• Current SLP-CCC credential
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong ability to manage a caseload of 60+ and advocate for collaborative solutions
• Willingness to travel between two nearby campuses weekly
• Excellent communication, organization, and self-direction
• Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students at both elementary and high school levels

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to a varied student population
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals tailored to each student's needs
• Partner effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Maintain thorough records and progress documentation
• Implement creative and individualized treatment plans
