Desired Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
• Accepts Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• SLPA applicants with appropriate state credentials are encouraged to apply
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to support each student’s growth
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all documentation requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct and consultative services as needed
