You will be responsible for designing and implementing individualized Physical Therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall function, while promoting a safe and healing environment. Design and implement individualized Physical Therapy programs to address resident needs and goals

Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness

Provide one-on-one Physical Therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed

Develop and implement progressive exercise programs to promote resident mobility and strength

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident progress and treatment plans
