Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager shares responsibility with the Boutique Manager for business development and overall management of the boutique, staff, merchandise and customer experience. This role supports achieving sales objectives and helps develop and coach the sales team to deliver a luxury client experience. The Assistant Boutique Manager acts in the absence of the Boutique Manager and assists with store operations, visual standards, events and inventory control. Responsibilities Maintain floor coverage and support the sales team to ensure a high-end customer experience and meet store goals. Partner with the Boutique Manager to monitor performance goals, provide coaching and make adjustments to drive sales. Initiate and leverage sales opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and resolve client situations according to company standards. Lead by example to foster a professional team environment, hold coaching sessions and support onboarding and development of new hires. Manage daily store operations including inventory accuracy, timekeeping, payroll approval and oversight of repair processes. Assist in preparing and executing special events and community initiatives that promote sales development. Support visual merchandising standards and ensure team adherence to company policies and security procedures. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of retail experience required. Previous experience in high‑end watch sales preferred. Strong organization, communication, verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail. Results‑oriented, self‑motivated and highly flexible team player able to work in a demanding environment. Ability to understand sales, budgets, goals and scheduling; ability to coach and develop sales associates. Computer proficiency is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
