Lead HVAC/R Technician

Were hiring a skilled HVAC/R Technician who can take ownership of service calls, accurately diagnose system issues, and deliver reliable solutions with confidence. Youll work on a variety of equipment ranging from residential HVAC systems to light commercial and refrigeration units, alongside a team that prioritizes quality, accountability, and long-term customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Service and maintain RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and walk-in coolers/freezers

• Complete system installations, changeouts, and equipment replacements

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, recommendations, and repair options

• Maintain accurate service documentation and manage daily workflow independently

• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• 35 years of hands-on HVAC experience

• EPA Refrigerant Certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Dependable, organized, and solution-oriented
