Holds routine departmental meetings. Provides education to other departments in the facility regarding dietary services.Attends and participates in workshops, seminars, and in-services to keep abreast of current changes in the healthcare field and to maintain a professional status.Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Education and Experience:Successful Completion of Certified Dietary Manager Credentialing Exam2+ Years Experience in Food Service Management PreferredSkilled Nursing/ Long Term Care Experience Preferred
