As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily operations of our foodservice department meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients/residents while maintaining quality and variety Order, receive, and store food in compliance with all state and federal regulations Ensure that food is prepared using safe and sanitary methods Monitor and organize kitchen operations, including cleaning and maintenance Manage departmental budgets, analyzing food costs and modifying menus accordingly to stay within budget Supervise and train staff in proper food handling, preparation, service, and sanitation procedures Maintain accurate meal counts and food cost reports Interact with patients/residents and families to resolve any issues related to their dietary needs Develop and implement policies and procedures related to the dietary department based on established standards and guidelines Qualifications: Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Program, 2-yr, or 4-yr foodservice program Successful completion of CDM Credentialing Exam with active certification status 2 years’ experience in foodservice management Skill in motivating, coaching, and supervising foodservice personnel Current awareness of legislation and regulations influencing the practice of standards of care Why Join Us: Daily Pay Option!
