UK Head of Compliance & MLRO

UK Head of Compliance & MLRO, responsible for overseeing compliance operations and regulatory adherence in a full-time role, ensuring the organization meets all relevant regulations while providing advisory support to senior management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the compliance framework in accordance with FCA requirements Act as the primary regulatory contact and ensure timely regulatory reporting Conduct compliance reviews and provide regular internal management information on compliance activities Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in regulatory, law enforcement, e-money, or payment services environments Experience in a Head of Compliance or MLRO role, or as a Senior Manager/Deputy MLRO Strong background in Policy & Procedure development, Risk Assessment, and Financial Crime Compliance Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance programs and operational processes Fluency in English (written and verbal)
