Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and devise tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their daily living goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' physical skills, cognitive functions, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical providers, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic strategies to support their progress at home.
• Monitor and Document Patient Progress: Regularly evaluate clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans to maintain progress toward recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education or post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active OTR/L license
• NBCOT certification is required
