About the Team SmartAsset operates the largest investor‑to‑advisor marketplace in the U.S., connecting high‑intent investors with vetted financial advisors. We are rebuilding the advisor growth function from the ground up as an AI‑native operation – small, high‑leverage, and built to compound. About the Job Report to the Director of Advisor Marketing and work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and Engineering to replace manual marketing work with scalable infrastructure. This team values systems thinking, AI as leverage, and shipping infrastructure that boosts experimentation speed, lead quality, and pipeline per dollar spent. Responsibilities Build and operate the systems that drive advisor acquisition, lifecycle automation, and revenue attribution. Use large language models (LLMs), automation, APIs, and data pipelines to replace manual marketing work with scalable infrastructure.
