Grants & Proposals Lead for Community Impact (Nonprofit)

The Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity is seeking a Grants Manager to oversee grant activities, including proposal writing, donor engagement, and compliance with grant requirements. This role requires excellent writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
