And because everything in our office moves quickly and there are multiple tasks to be completed, your strong phone, computer, and people skills are all vital. You'll be involved in many areas of the practice including promotional communications, helping people, customer service, and handling finances. Two-year degree or more is preferred but not required. Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required.
