Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in banking and then spent 18 months as a team member in another agency, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University. I’m married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. Qualifications Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
