Healthcare Construction Project Manager
Lead healthcare construction projects from planning through completion. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee preconstruction efforts including estimating and procurement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. Utilize technology and project management systems to enhance delivery. Mentor project engineers and support team development.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong background in healthcare construction required
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships
- Knowledge of construction delivery methods (CMAR, design-build, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Lean construction principles is a plus
