People Operations Coordinator

US Small Business Administration

SBA Home North Carolina, the first US production facility by SBA Group, seeks an HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, trainings and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage HR data, run reports, assist with compliance, coordinate employee events and communications, and serve as a culture ambassador across the site. A degree in Business Admin/HR or equivalent with 1–2 years' HR/admin experience is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr SBA
