As a Pantry Assistant, you support kitchen operations by managing food ordering, inventory control, and storage practices to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance. What you'll do:

• Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing food products
• Maintain proper inventory levels and support food cost control
• Follow approved vendor and purchasing guidelines
• Monitor food quality and freshness; return poor-quality items
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and FIFO rotation
• Maintain HACCP records and temperature logs
• Review invoices and ensure deliveries are documented accurately
• Support food safety, sanitation, and OSHA compliance

You play a key role in food quality, inventory accuracy, and kitchen efficiency, helping ensure residents receive safe, consistent meals.

Pay Range: 18.42 - 22.15
