The Town of Marana is seeking a Senior Human Resources Analyst to manage employee benefits and leave programs. This exempt, full-time role represents the Town in benefits matters and supports policy, communications and plan administration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in a related field, plus experience with HRIS, open enrollment and vendor coordination.
