User Profile Management Systems Administrator - TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities Administer, operate, and maintain enterprise user profile management platforms Monitor system health, logon times, storage usage, replication, and overall profile performance Support profile migrations, transfers, and updates across networks, domains, and environments Troubleshoot complex profile related issues Implement configuration updates, version changes, architecture optimizations, and operational modifications Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with endpoint, VDI, storage, authentication, and cybersecurity teams Apply security updates, software patches, and configuration fixes Identify and remediate noncompliant profile management components Requirements 4+ years of related experience Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph Bachelor's degree in an IT‑related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE) Hands‑on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/Intune or similar) Strong proficiency in OS deployment, task sequencing, imaging, driver management, application packaging, and automation Ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint, authentication, profile, and configuration issues Strong documentation, communication, and cross team collaboration skills U.S. citizenship required #J-18808-Ljbffr
