Managing Consultant

Halian, an NES Fircroft company, is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee, support, and expand contract delivery operations across the United States. In this role, you will ensure service excellence, maintain strong client relationships, drive team performance, and support the operational success of our growing U.S. business. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone experienced in contract delivery, team management, and client operations within recruitment, MSP, RPO, or technology‑driven environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support U.S. contract delivery teams. Manage team performance and ensure delivery against KPIs and SLAs. Serve as the primary operational contact for clients, ensuring high service standards. Maintain contract compliance and adhere to internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Finance, and Operations to support workforce planning and onboarding. Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership. Qualifications: Experience managing teams within recruitment, staffing, MSP/RPO, or technology services. Strong understanding of contract management and service delivery frameworks. Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Familiarity with U.S. contract markets and contractor models (preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
