Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a PRIM Auditor to support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R). Clearance: Active Secret Location: Alexandria, VA and Seaside, CA Responsibilities Support financial-reporting compliance, enterprise risk management and internal controls, service-provider audit activities, and IT audits. Recognize and analyze financial-reporting and compliance risks and support mitigation strategies for DHRA ICOFR systems. Analyze IT controls, findings, vulnerabilities, and deviations from applicable FISCAM, NIST, AICPA, FFMIA, and other requirements. Gather, organize, review, and present policies, procedures, logs, test results, and other evidence demonstrating control effectiveness. Develop actionable audit analyses, corrective-action and remediation plans, compliance roadmaps, and recommendations; track actions to completion. Serve as an interface with stakeholders to analyze process and control needs, document requirements and findings, and coordinate procedures, training, and communications. Minimum Qualifications Business Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and a minimum of four years of experience. Business Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and ten years of experience. Must be U.S. Citizen A Secret clearance is required when the assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access. Compensation Range: The anticipated salary range the Employer reasonably expects to pay for this position is $78,000 to $105,000 annually.
