At Pigtails & Crewcuts , our Front Desk Coordinators are the heart of our salon. You're the first person our families meet, the one who keeps everything running smoothly, and the creative force behind the content our community sees online.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but you'll be responsible for:

• Welcoming families and creating a great first impression
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Keeping the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Assisting with retail sales
• Capturing photos and videos in the salon
• Creating and posting engaging content on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Helping showcase our team, services, promotions, and events

Social Media Experience Is Required

This is a must-have for this position.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to create engaging content and confidently manage social media platforms. You should have experience filming videos, taking photos, writing captions, and posting regularly on:

• TikTok
• Facebook
• Instagram

If you don't have experience creating content for social media, this position won't be the right fit.
