Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst 3

You will help structure profitable, compliant transactions that enable the sales organization to close deals while protecting revenue recognition and policy compliance. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance and other cross-functional stakeholders to approve and accelerate deals. This is a Hybrid role (in office Tues, Wed, Thurs in Lehi, UT).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Manage the day-to-day deal approval process and act as first-line approver for deal structuring
• Meet regularly with sales teams to identify customer needs and document business cases
• Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Ensure transactions comply with internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines
• Prepare in-quarter deal status updates and communications to management
• Measure performance against specified metrics and service levels and recommend process improvements
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Order Management, Credit and other functions

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk
• Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements
• Familiarity with software revenue recognition accounting (SOP 97-2) and related guidance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

Pay Range

$35.47 - $44.34/hour
