Epic Beaker Analyst

Travel: Remote

Role Description: Health Data Movers (HDM) is looking for an experienced Beaker Analyst to support build, configuration, and optimization of Epics Beaker (Laboratory) module for our healthcare clients, from design through go-live and post-live support.

What Youll Do

Design, build, and test lab workflows, including specimen collection, order sets, resulting, and interfaces with lab instrumentation/reference labs
Partner with lab, pathology, and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Epic build
Support system testing, validation, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle
Provide go-live and at-the-elbow support, troubleshooting specimen and resulting workflow issues in real time
Maintain build documentation and adhere to client change control processes

Required Experience

2+ years of experience building and supporting Epic Beaker (AP and/or CP)
Epic Beaker certification (current or eligible for recertification)
Experience with specimen collection, resulting workflows, and lab interface builds
Strong communication skills for working with lab, pathology, and clinical staff

Preferred Experience

Dual certification in Beaker AP and CP
Additional Epic certifications (Orders, ClinDoc, Radiant, etc.)
Prior clinical/lab background (MLS, MLT, pathology)
Experience with multiple go-lives or multi-site rollouts
