An established and growing aerospace manufacturing company in Uniontown is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or industrial environment who are looking to grow their technical skills and build a long-term career.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, machine operation, or industrial setting
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery, production equipment, conveyors, forklifts, or other industrial equipment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Exposure to electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or mechanical systems is highly preferred
• Ability to follow maintenance procedures, work orders, and safety guidelines
• Valid Ohio driver's license

Please Note: This position focuses on industrial and manufacturing maintenance. Candidates with only residential, apartment, or property maintenance experience may not have the background needed for this role.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Complete facility maintenance repairs and assigned work orders
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Assist with equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and company safety standards
• Safely operate maintenance equipment and forklifts after company training
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical school training or coursework in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field
• Basic electrical troubleshooting experience
• Welding experience (MIG, Stick, or Torch) is a plus
• Computer skills for maintenance documentation and parts lookup are helpful but not required
