Automotive Technician – Full Time (Flat Rate)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team full time. This position is flat rate pay with earning potential between $25–$35 per hour , based on experience and productivity. We specialize in domestic and Asian vehicles only — no foreign/luxury European brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on cars and light trucks
• Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and electrical repairs
• Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs
• Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and tune-ups
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair software efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Communicate repair findings clearly with service advisors and customers

Requirements

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced shop
• Own tools required
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE certifications are a plus but not required
