Job Description

Automotive Technician – Full Time (Flat Rate)

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team full time. This position is flat rate pay with earning potential between $25–$35 per hour , based on experience and productivity. We specialize in domestic and Asian vehicles only — no foreign/luxury European brands.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on cars and light trucks
Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and electrical repairs
Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs
Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and tune-ups
Use diagnostic equipment and repair software efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Communicate repair findings clearly with service advisors and customers

Requirements

Previous automotive technician experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced shop
Own tools required
Valid driver’s license
ASE certifications are a plus but not required
