Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hallandale Beach, FL, responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients to promote Go Titan Cap’s revenue-based financing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, explaining product offerings, and guiding businesses through the funding process. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on inquiries, supporting relationship-building efforts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The Sales Associate will also contribute to sales outreach campaigns, assist with refining messaging based on client feedback, and work toward meeting individual and team sales targets. Qualifications Strong client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities. Sales and negotiation skills, with the capacity to identify client needs, present solutions, and handle objections professionally. Basic understanding of financing or business operations, with the ability to learn and explain revenue-based funding concepts. Comfort using CRM tools and office productivity software to manage leads, track activities, and report results. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset when working with colleagues and clients. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is preferred but not required.
