Sales Associate

• Position ] Sales Associate
• Summary ] Under general supervision, the Sales Associate is responsible for achieving short and long term sales objectives by maintaining and growing customer relationships within the assigned territory. This role focuses on customer visits, sales development, account management, and coordinating with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and maximize profitability.
• Essential Duties ] Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory

Travel to customer and prospective customer locations to provide product information and support Sell Wismettac products and develop new business opportunities Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to maximize sales Execute sales plans and implement pricing adjustments as directed by management Communicate new products, market information, and customer feedback to internal teams Coordinate with Accounting to support accounts receivable collection Work closely with Sales Managers, office staff, and Logistics to achieve sales goals Prepare and submit sales activity reports and other required reports Participate in quarterly inventory counts Perform other duties as assigned

• Working Hours / Working Style ] Full time. Frequent travel within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed. Due to the nature of the role, work may exceed 40 hours per week.

• Salary / Benefit ] $45200 to $61800
