Schedule: Full-Time | Some Weekends Required

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in creating a positive leasing experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours
• Present community features, amenities, and available apartment homes
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Process rental applications and lease documentation accurately
• Maintain resident and prospect records in property management software
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Assist with marketing initiatives and resident retention efforts
• Support day-to-day leasing office operations
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail experience considered
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with property management software a plus
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work weekends as needed
