Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Support Administrator I is responsible for providing direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers. This role ensures that growth goals are met or exceeded by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts. The successful candidate will proactively provide information on products, pricing, and delivery to satisfy customer expectations and requests. The position involves managing and maintaining accounts from quotation through completed orders and understanding basic Records processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Managers to complete quotations, establish customer headers, and obtain pricing and contract approvals.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio and demonstrate the ability to match customer needs with products.
• Keep management informed of customer feedback, potential bottlenecks, and limitations that could negatively impact performance.
• Perceive situations, prioritize, and respond positively to reflect the brand.
• Track monthly numbers to report to the Inside Sales Supervisor.
• Perform basic Records responsibilities.
• Multitask to ensure efficient utilization of time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or GED required.
• 1-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• At least two years of consistent work experience, with at least one year in a customer service-related capacity.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus.
• Fluent communication in English during customer calls and interactions.
• Ability to comprehend complex instructions and documents in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word.
• Ability to use office tools such as a fax, copier, scanner, and calculator.
• Attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
• Deadline-oriented and capable of producing error-free work.
• Self-starter with innovative thinking and minimal supervision required.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment

The role is situated in an upscale office setting, partnering with sales teams. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 6 AM to 3 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr. Dental, vision, and medical benefits through Knox.
