In this role, you will be closing high-ticket products and services, such as 10X events, real estate events, and business events, for our extensive client base of warm leads. You will transform these leads into success stories.

Our sales representatives in this role typically earn an OTE (on-target earnings) of:

• $100,000$150,000 in the first year
• $150,000$200,000 in the second year
• $250,000$300,000 in the third year
• $400,000+ after 3.5 years

Hours are a standard 5 day work week from 8:20am-6pm with occasional weekend availability for company events.

Key responsibilities of the sales representative include:

• Calling, managing, and closing warm leads to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engaging with prospects through calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups to build rapport and demonstrate value.
• Conducting product presentations and providing detailed information about services and events.
• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development to enhance skills and performance daily.
• Contributing to a high-energy, goal-oriented team environment focused on growth and success.

Qualifications of the sales representative include:

• Minimum of 1+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
• Self-motivated, driven, and hungry for success with a "10X" mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Monday through Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
