• Salary: $190,000 $230,000 annually (based on experience and training; discussed during interview)

What You'll Do:

• Deliver inpatient pediatric care in a well-established, 30-bed ward with an average daily census of 16-18 patients
• Conduct newborn nursery examinations and assessments
• Provide pediatric consultations in the Emergency Department
• Collaborate with subspecialists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in medical education for residents and students, supporting academic growth
• Engage in high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care in a Level II Trauma Center
• Ensure compliance with Pediatrix standards and best practices

What You Need:

• Active Pediatric Medical License in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
• Prior inpatient pediatric care experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
