Must be able to travel 50% of the time, to the Klamath Falls Office.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Klamath Falls, OR. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives.QualificationsExpertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and RecruitmentProficiency in Performance Management, Policy Development, and HR Compliance, Annual ReportingStrong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee EngagementKnowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations, including Labor Laws for several states, ACA, OPFLExceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldHR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferredPrevious experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experienceOversee training, payroll and benefitsWorkers Compensation administrationBenefits Management401K administrationUI Hearings and BOLI claimsResponsible for employees in Oregon, Idaho, California, Washington, Texas, Montana, Georgia, Arizona Kansas and NevadaWe offer benefits, including health insurance, HSA (employer contributes $120 per month) Benefits Stipend, Dental Insurance, Paid Short Term Disability, Life Insurance 10% 401K Profit Sharing, Paid vacation, Paid sick leave.This list is not inclusive of all requirements for this position.
