Downtown Law firm adding a Paralegal to complex practice 

• Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience with comprehensive knowledge of the full litigation lifecycle
• Ability to assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through discovery, trial, and closure
• Skilled in preparing court filings, assembling exhibits, and coordinating electronic discovery
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery demands, including interrogatories and document requests
• Strong capability to support depositions, hearings, and mediations, including preparation and logistics
• Proficient in reviewing and summarizing depositions and medical records
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain case dockets, calendars, and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
• High technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to multi?task, problem?solve, and work effectively in a fast?paced, deadline?driven environment
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and maintain strict confidentiality
