Behind every great bartender is an exceptional Bar Back.

Excalibur Park is looking for a hardworking, energetic, and dependable Bar Back to help keep our bar running smoothly during busy service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that is essential to delivering an outstanding guest experience. If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and take pride in keeping things organized and stocked, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Keep the bar fully stocked with beer, liquor, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware throughout each shift.
Prepare garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients according to recipes and standards.
Change kegs and CO2 tanks as needed.
Restock coolers and storage areas to ensure bartenders never run out of product.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including workstations, sinks, coolers, and storage areas.
Wash and polish glassware throughout service.
Remove empty bottles, trash, and recycling promptly.
Assist bartenders by delivering supplies quickly and anticipating their needs during busy periods.
Help receive, organize, and rotate inventory.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure the bar is ready for service each day.

Requirements:Qualifications

Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds, including kegs, cases, and ice.
Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout an entire shift.
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
