OTE: $10,000 – $15,000/month | Uncapped Commission | $200 Weekly Draw

What You’ll Do

Prospect and reach out to decision-makers every day.

Book 6+ qualified appointments per week with business leaders.

Build relationships and keep your pipeline full.

Work directly with senior agents to learn the ropes.

Push yourself, hit your goals, and get rewarded BIG.

What You Get

$200 weekly draw against commission (paid bi-weekly).
Uncapped commission structure with huge upside.
On Target Earnings: $10K – $15K/month (yes, real numbers).
Clear path to promotion into a Full-Service Talent Agent role.
