We are seeking a dependable, detailoriented Kitchen Cook to prepare highquality menu items for both inhouse dining and takeout orders. The ideal candidate will consistently follow recipes and portioning standards, maintain food safety and sanitation, work efficiently during peak periods, and collaborate closely with frontofhouse staff to ensure accurate, timely service and properly packaged orders for pickup or delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to specification for dinein and takeout
- Plate and garnish inhouse orders and package takeout for safe transport
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and kitchen sanitation
- Assist with prep work, inventory control, and receiving deliveries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fastpaced kitchen
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, recipe adherence, and food safety
- Ability to multitask, stand for long periods, and work nights/weekends as needed
- Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
