We're Hiring: Experienced Cabinet Maker / Carpenter Sigma Pros, LLC | Woburn, MA | Full-Time or 1099 Subcontractor | $30–$35/hr Sigma Pros is growing, and we're looking for a skilled, reliable carpenter to join our shop. We build custom cabinetry, furniture, millwork, and residential/commercial projects — and we take real pride in the craftsmanship behind every piece. Whether you want steady full-time work or flexible sub work on an as-needed basis, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and cut lists Operate a table saw safely and accurately for precision cuts Run an edge banding machine for finished panel work Understand and assist with CNC machine operations and workflow Use hand and power tools for general carpentry, assembly, and finishing work Measure, cut, fit, and install materials to exact specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues promptly Collaborate with the team to hit project timelines and quality standards What we’re looking for Proven experience as a carpenter/cabinet maker (shop and/or job-site) Hands‑on experience with a table saw Working knowledge of CNC machines (operating experience a plus) Strong command of basic carpentry tools and techniques Ability to read measurements, plans, and cut lists accurately Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or on a team Own reliable transportation; own basic hand tools preferred Work location: In person, Woburn, MA #J-18808-Ljbffr
