Our reputation is built on precise, well-executed work, and the high standards we hold on every project.We are hiring an experienced Finish Carpenter who works to the same standard. This is a full-time, year-round position with an established company.What You'll DoYou will perform both rough construction and finish carpentry on custom homes, whole-house renovations, and additions. Finish quality defines our work, so the strongest candidates are as capable on trim and custom millwork as they are on rough framing.Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes, renovations, and additions.Read and interpret architectural plans, sketches, section details, and elevations.Fabricate and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and custom millwork.Coordinate with project managers, teammates, and subcontractors to meet schedules and quality standards.Assist with layout, material prep, and on-site problem solving.Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of high-end residential finish carpentry experience.Strong knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques.Ability to read architectural plans and documents.Proven ability to execute to tight tolerances and high standards with safety, and professionalism.Positive attitude, detail oriented, strong work ethic, and willingness to grow with the team.Ability to lift 50+ lbs and meet the physical demands of the trade.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience: $28 to $37/hour.
