Childcare Worker Responsibilities Assist the Lead teacher as needed to include teaching, playing games, and engaging with the kids. Interact with parents, ensure classroom safety and provide quality ministry. Qualifications Must be 15 years of age or older. Must be available to work mornings and evenings, occasional weekends and special events throughout the year. Must be a responsible, sensitive, and mature individual who can relate well to both children and adults. Must abide by all the safety policies and employee guidelines of Stonegate Childcare.
