• Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

UPMC Hamot is seeking an American Board-Certified or American Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to become part of its growing interventional pain program in Erie, Pennsylvania . Enjoy the support of a highly collaborative physician network, strong referral base, and the resources of a premier academic health system affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive pain management practice while working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Balanced Role: Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of chronic pain syndromes.
• Work Schedule: Responsibilities include providing outpatient office visits and performing procedures at the surgery center, with required travel to nearby regional clinics.
• Procedures: Multidisciplinary environment offering a full spectrum of pain treatments, including: caudal nerve blocks, epidurals (cervical, thoracic, and lumbar), facet joint injections, genicular nerve block and ablation, intercostal nerve blocks, medial branch blocks, multimodal pain medicine management, occipital nerve blocks, platelet rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, radiofrequency ablation, regenerative injection therapy, shoulder, knee, and hip injections, sympathetic blocks, trigeminal nerve blocks and trigger point injections.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Candidate must be American Board Eligible or American Board Certified and have completed an ACGME Accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
