Bankruptcy Attorney

Overview Coolidge Wall Co., L.P.A. is recruiting a lateral attorney or an associate attorney with 2+ years of bankruptcy experience to join the Dayton, Ohio office. Responsibilities Support bankruptcy matters for commercial and consumer clients, including research, drafting, and negotiation. Collaborate with colleagues and clients as a team player; take on responsibilities as appropriate. Contribute to internal and external communication to effectively represent clients. Assist with out-of-court restructurings when applicable. Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Ohio State and Federal Courts. 2+ years of bankruptcy experience; familiarity with secured transactions. Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation. Experience with commercial and consumer bankruptcy practice; out-of-court restructurings is preferred. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with clients effectively; outgoing personality; team player.
