Accounting Specialist III – On-Site | Phoenix, AZ 85007 Local Candidates Only: Must specify current location on resume Pay Rate: Starts at $20/Hr. + Excellent SoAZ benefits M–F, 8–5 On-Site (No remote) Duties/Responsibilities Provide backup support for the Financial Services district, ensuring continuity of financial operations Facilitate and perform administrative and related services, including EFT authorizations, stop payments, warrant processing/tracking, and deposits Manage agency inventory and assist with invoice processing Complete additional duties as assigned to support efficient, accurate financial services Required Qualifications Experience in data entry and clerical work High attention to detail Effective oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze, disseminate information, and provide quality work Strong prioritization and assignment management skills Proficient with Excel, Word, Notepad, and Google email Preferred Experience/Certifications Some college coursework preferred Experience with automated accounting/banking systems Skill in the analysis and interpretation of financial data Familiarity with lean management philosophy Ability to work independently and within a team environment Why Kelly?
